Our signature blend pairs targeted deep tissue pressure with traditional Thai stretching to break through stubborn muscle tension. Feel tightness release as your range of motion fully returns.

Heated basalt stones glide along tired muscles, sending soothing warmth deep into knotted tissue. Tension dissolves layer by layer as a profound sense of calm settles through your entire body.

Long, flowing strokes set a gentle rhythm that quiets the nervous system and supports your body's own healing response. Drift into a deep stillness and leave feeling completely renewed.

Targeted pressure on specific reflex points across the feet unlocks tension held throughout the entire body. An incredibly calming experience that brings noticeable relief from your very first session.

Warm herbal compress and aromatic oil work together in smooth, rhythmic motions drawn from centuries of Thai tradition. A deeply nourishing sensory treatment that soothes muscles and softens the skin.

Absolutely - it's one of the best places to start. Our therapists tailor every session to the person on the mat, so whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, you'll feel looked after. Just let us know it's your first visit when you book.
Swedish and deep tissue massage use oil on bare skin, focusing on muscle manipulation. Thai massage is done fully clothed on a mat, using the therapist's hands, thumbs, elbows, and feet to apply pressure and guide your body through assisted stretches. It tends to be more active and energising.
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekends and public holidays, as our couples rooms are popular. For special occasions like Valentine's Day or Christmas, booking several weeks ahead is advisable.
Traditional Thai massage (with its stretches and deep pressure) is not recommended during the first trimester. From the second trimester onwards, a specifically adapted prenatal massage is generally safe. We offer specialist pregnancy massage - please book this treatment rather than a standard session, and let us know your stage of pregnancy.
Nothing complicated. Wear something loose and comfortable, avoid a big meal in the hour or two beforehand, and try to arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushing. That's it - we handle the rest.

gift vouchers are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or simply treating someone special. Vouchers can be used toward any of our massage services, allowing your recipient to choose the experience that suits them best.
